This class has been the most challenging and the most interesting out of our program for me. Having worked with technology for the last ten years, there is still so much out there that can not be researched because you have to become “experts” in what you are teaching and there are too many things to become “experts” in. This class has helped/caused me to completely restructure my “Intro to Web Design Class” and has changed my perspective on what should be taught in this course.
The ideas behind this class give teachers tools that they need to keep themselves in the know about what is happening in technology. Technology will always be an important part of our schooling system and just might be one of the major causes of shifts in education. It was neat to see what is all out there, and now the question becomes how do we get this to our staff?
